Keep in mind that such expression is only used in Russian part of the Internet, therefore making no sense in English-speaking communities. Here I just wanted to say that you can buy drugs freely in some countries (or cities, to be more specific).

lol whut? Who told you that? Russians don't do that for sure. As much as I know "default" country is USA because of its pr and the way americans live there and the way they pr ther live and so on.
