I like the effects used in the video, especially the flashbang flare. Pretty useful for night maps I assume.

About the player effects, yea that's possible if you just know some Lua.

Well, he'd reply shortly I'm sure. Sorry, but that's how the forums work, you wait for people to reply after creating your message. So therefor when they have time, they will get back to you whenever they can. This is really efficient since people are in different timezones.
