I've hurd peapole talking about "their" modifications on cs2d, so i was a bit interested and wanted to make a mod of my own, so please tell me where i can get/download a mod maker or something to make mods.

please don't write the whole topic in uppercase. it's stupid. changed /DC you can only really mod CS2D with version number smaller than 0.1.0.0 or something like this.
The other things are graphics/sounds mods, which you can do if you just change the datas in your cs2d folder.

and you should read the rules marcio. don't behave like a mod. /DC mod? you can only make a mod using the 0.1.0.0 source code i think, but you need blitz3d basic or something for it to work
btw im working on a mod since i have the source code and blitz3d basic...
