No damage and reload

I write quite advanced script and I have a problem with it.
When I run server on a new game, everything is (for me, but I do not know how others) ok, everything works beautifully, etc. But when I run it on a dedicated server, when I go to the server and when I respawn, I cannot reload weapons and do not ask any damage. I have to switch between weapons to be able to reload or ask damage.
The script is big and I have no idea what could cause this problem.
