Building things that takes 100 some leafs is a pain since you have to right click like 100 times.

And what do you expect DC to change there?

And second:
You can FORGET "at once".
DC doesn't have to change anything just because he is told so, and even if he was doing so, it would take a lot of time because he is doing military service.

its intended that it takes a lot of time to build stuff which needs a lot of items so this is not going to be changed
