Corrupt or broken file cannot open or delete

Basically I copied a file I did not want 
, tried to delete it and it was "broken" or corrupt. No matter what I did the file stayed there. Any way to get rid of it?

you delete it or not yet ? if still not delete it try a programme called (Unlocker)
