My name is Fran and i'm currently Admin on cs2d.net competitive website of cs2d, our past server hoster vanished or just doesn't care and he closed the servers, for our future tournaments we are gonna need at least 1 american sv in order to play with am people our tournaments.

If someone is able to host or know someone that can do it let me now and i will contact such person as soon as i can, thanks for your time.
