Both are useless in my opinion, I prefer Symbian OS. It's great. Ubuntu Touch (?) is also going to be one of the greatest platforms available, I'm sure of that.

As long as they fix some critical bugs until the final release date I'm with you.

Since it's open-source I'm sure there'll be some developers/teams who'll release their own distributions and it's just great.

I laughed seeing this. Closed platform over an open platform? Restrictions over freedom? You're kidding right? Must you ask? Android OS is much nicer

Apple's products are actually idiot-proof, they are so simple it can't get any easier.
I am sorry if you didn't have the mental capacity to sign up for an online based shopping service.

I ran my galaxy s2 for the first time to find 'enter your email and password',,done.

Tried to sign up for an ipod, shitloads of stupid questions and if you didn't answer and click next fast enough, screen will be turned off and you have to rewrite everything again, and they force you to enter your visa or whatever.
Comparing to android it's very complicated.

You mean rich-proof.

Okay, stop bullshitting me.
I own an iPhone, an iPad and an iMac and neither the iDevices (as in portable) nor the mac did anything like that.

I believe you can either skip that or enter a random number.
Besides, it's only needed if you want to register an account, if you want to use iTunes just to sync and backup you just plug it in.

I don't believe there is such a thing.
They are, in fact, idiot-proof. Simple and intuitive.

Point is, it's complicated comparing to Android, end of story.

Actually lots of people would choose iphone over Galaxy because it's cool for them to have the expensive shit that many people can't afford aka Apple.

Not really, you still haven't proven why.

in Russia:
iPhone 5 64gb - 1300$/40,000 rub
Galaxy SIII 64gb - 800$/24,000 rub (or 16gb for 600$/18,000 rub, because you can insert SD-card)

Plus, according to DC's words, Germany have something similar to it.

You mean poor-proof.

The only way you can get anything submitted to Apple's iOS store is by spending money for the publishing of your product. Thus those who are poor, and don't have the money to get their product published on the iOS store won't be able to publish their product because they can't pay for the publishing.

Are you f****n' kidding me? Android != games! Games on iOS are running more smooth than on Android cause Android doesn't have OpenAL. iOS does.

It's rich-proof because everyone can pay but only rich people would actually pay because they have no problems with wasting their money.
Poor people would probably get a nokia

Then it's poor-proof, as poor people can't afford one and the rich can. Rich-proof means rich people wouldn't buy it. Learn 2 English.

Android is more secure than iOS. I can say that, I don't even get to access my router's advanced settings on Android from which I get my internet access from via my ISP. I'm missing the port forwarding capability and other important settings that I really would like to have in a Android smartphone, it's a ashame Android didn't implement that. Android gets my vote any day, but I might change to a iOS smartphone if those have port forwarding capabilities there. I need that for certain games to work properly.

I believe you can with the built-in web browser or any other browser.

You kidding me? I like android better but iOS is way better for games, especially with the new retina display. And most android devices can't even run all the games.
