There are absolutly no waypoints, and absolutly no tiles in the rar/zip pack whatsoever of your map de_greenland.

Now where is that "gfx" folder and "bots/waypoints" folder? and why aren't there a "maps" folder?

I'll show you how to compile a map.
Just as a example |jUSTiN|'s map de_bankjob2.

This last screen demonstrates how a map is supposed to be compiled in a zip/rar pack.

It's a great map! I like it very much!
The only thing I'm hesitating with is if the bridge/tunnel
should be removed, it could be removed and be like the de_dust we currently got. I just don't like the current way of going to the other side, you'd have to teleport and enemies could be camping and waiting for you on the other side. Other then that, it's a GREAT map!

Well, in a suggestion you could simply remove the laser and flamethrower in the map and upload the new clean version here.

Yes, but alot of people will still have your version of the map, and they will have to download my version of the map to have the laser removed. It will just be a mess with all the downloads and stuff. If you didn't put the laser in the first place, there wouldn't be a such mess.

It's a really a downfall how alot of great maps are ruined by lasers in it.

Since currently CS2D has no map upload function, very, very few people ever play custom maps online. So with most of my maps, I never designed them for online play. They were built with the intention of being used for my own personal gameplay or on servers with a select few friends. In that environment, placing "secrets" in my maps made them more fun, as it was a challenge for my friends to try and find the secrets, or I would show those few who loyally downloaded and played my maps the secrets.

So, really, about 80% of my maps have secrets in them, with lasers and other weapons. But currently they aren't played online. That is why I plan to update a few of my better maps for MAX so that they can be online-ready with the new map upload feature.

If a hacker would want a laser or flamethrower he wouldn't need to have a laser on the map to take, he'd simply hack it so that he could have a laser no matter what map it is. Hence the reason why you see people with lasers in de_dust.

I'm not going into the thing you said about what makes a map good or not, because I'll just write something big and you won't understand it, again.

Well your a very good mapper, so I'd say make it.
I tried making a tileset today, but my PC is so damn slow that it crashes. All I have now is a black and white tileset, and I've lost all my motivation to work on it.
