the serverlist for 0104 is still up. there is simply nobody playing it. it is outdated, insecure and can't compete with the luxury of 0115.

if you have problems make sure that your temp/usgn_host.inf contains the following:

if there is a list of dead servers (ips) when you disable the ping filter: it works!
