     I should probably reach a point here: only localised analysis ( mayhaps "tunnel vision" is a better word ) of a people will bring you to a conclusion such as yours.

Сonsequence of this - is a slow in the development (and now including at the genetic level). But I think in the near future - when at earth formed a single planetary government, the mixing of bloods of different nations will grow even more, so there will be no division into races.
