Please do some little research on the topic before you ask for help about anything.

Can you explain your problem a bit better?
If its that you cant connect to cs2d, check your internet. And also, don't let your firewall block cs2d because it can block the cs2d port (36963) so you wont be able to connect. OR, it can be because you still have your port listed as 40000. Go to c:\Counter-Strike 2D\sys\usgn.dat (if windows cant open the file, open with with a text editor. change "40000" to 36963. (dont add that dot to the end of 36963!) Re-start cs2d and it should be able to work again. Thank me later ;)!

1
