My one friend is a little insane with boredom and his computer... He has 50TB of memory, and 2TB of RAM... like why?! His computer weighs like 200lbs!
As I am justed bored:
Oh come on, what a bad lie. First of all, make it something more special, increase the size of the storage. 50TB hdd are nothing special, that's just a regular consumer NAS.
But 2TB of ram. Ok let us imagine he is using an Intel Xeon board with 24 ram slot, and let us imagine he is using 32gb ram modules, he would reach a total of 768GB which is also the maximum of what current mainboards support. The next problem would be the operating system. Neither Windows 7, nor Windows Server 2008 for Intel Xeon support 2TB of memory. He would need to use Windows Server 2012, or some linux bullcrap or come on even better, using his own handwritten OS.

Either your local dealer is giving you bad advise at selling you a 2.5" 320GB SDD, or he is totally screwing you over. Not even "original" apple hard drives (also known as oem harddrives from samsung/western digital/seagate with an small apple on it) are that expensive. Not as overpriced as the "original apple" no name crap ram memory which is used in the iMac/mac mini/MB/MBA/MBP series, but still too expensive.

@ Obviously Exactly Myself: Actually in my country, you can buy 2-3TB Hard drive for 30.000HUF (About 10k euro/USD)
Pretty sure just a typo, cuz 30k HUF are about 110 Euro, and not 10k Euro.
And to answer the original question:
500 GB internal storage
about 1TB external storage
Half of it is probably clogged up with Steam or CS2D lol
I have a 500 gig hdd on my desktop computer and a 300 gig hdd on my laptop plus two external drives 1 TB each.

Considering the content on the network drives, no surprise. Lol.
