Go and search "Proxtube" on Google. Downloaad it for your Browser and enjoy the unblocked video. I use it too and It's legal (for now, it may change in a few years).

But you need a good Smartphone then because a Dedicatet Server needs a lot of Internet Traffic (your phone may become warm because of it), lots of RAM and ~900Mhz CPU Usage. Even it needs SU Permissions which you can gain with Rooting your Android. Furthermore, could the lifetime of your battery be shortened.
