ERROR: strip - cannot strip 59 - Night Vision (this would lead to problems)!
how i can "remove" this problem?

You can't remove items that are not in the inventory. Like armor and Night Vision.

same there. equip/strip is for weapons only.
I disallowed usage for other stuff because it leads to bugs

You can only buy to yourself, using nvgs command while you are at a buyzone.

You can't equip players with night vision.

Or you can just make an item entity near spawn point if theres a "nobuy" entity so nobody has any problems but sometimes it can cause some lag
