its wma just use sound coverter
first you need to make sure that you replace the sound to WMA
then put it in the folder and rename it

read man, he said he knew about changing sounds. and renaming it does not work

It is the same thing as team names, DC will probably bust in here and say no suggestions so I'll simply say:
No it is impossible at this time. You need the source code to do it but with the source code hackers could do even more damage to the game.
I have seen someone use a hex editor to change team names however...
