PCS 2017 3on3 Mappack (PCL)

Most maps are from different authors (Piwi, smn etc) they were heavily reworked by me for tactical purposes of 3on3 gameplay.
All of them were played in 3on3 tournaments;

PCL_atlanta and PCL_abandon were reworked for a more balanced gameplay.
pcl_junk stays the same
pcl_dust2 is not the best map but it's still there.
This is an important mappack that can be complemented with de_tiast (piast) and de_lennox.
